2024-11-13Taiwan Exit & Entry Permit Application Procedures for applicants from Mainland China
| (1) | Provide professional consultation for Taiwan EEP application; | 
| (2) | Review the application documents provided by the clients; | 
| (3) | Assist clients in preparing the documents required for application; | 
| (4) | Fill out the EEP application forms and other documents; | 
| (5) | Submit the EEP application documents to the National Immigration Agency; | 
| (6) | Communicate with the Taiwan National Immigration Agency during the application process; | 
| (7) | Pay visa application fee and pick-up the EEP on client behalf; | 
| (8) | Assist Clients apply for information changes, such as itinerary after approval. |

| (2) | Overseas Chinese investment office | 
| (3) | Foreign Branch Company established in Taiwan | 
| (4) | Representative office of a foreign company or a Mainland China company established in Taiwan | 
| (5) | Mainland China Branch Company established in Taiwan | 
| (6) | Airline (transportation) company’s agent in Taiwan | 
| (1) | A copy of the Taiwan ID Card or passport of the responsible person of the Taiwan company; | 
| (2) | A Copy of the Taiwan company’s business registration certificate, proof of turnover or proof of procurement; | 
| (3) | Proof of participation in the exhibition and booth size in Taiwan (such as a signed exhibition contract or exhibition registration form); | 
| (4) | Proof of business cooperation with the invited unit (such as import and export declarations or contracts, etc.) or proof of cooperation potential (such as business correspondence mail, etc.); | 
| (5) | A copy of the company’s business registration certificate for the applicant’s employer; | 
| (6) | Document of containing the full company English name of applicant’s employer; | 
| (7) | A copy of applicant’s employment certificate (which should include the name, nationality, job title, job description and employment period); | 
| (8) | A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s passport or Mainland Residents Traveling to Taiwan Permit card; | 
| (9) | A copy of the Mainland Chinese professional’s ID card; | 
| (10) | Application form filled out by Mainland Chinese professional; | 
| (11) | Power of Attorney; | 
| (12) | Two 2-inch passport-size photos taken within the last six months (JPG file); | 
| (13) | Itinerary ((which should include the address and contact information in Taiwan). |
