It has recently come to the attention of Kaizen Group (hereinafter the “Group”) that some unlawful organizations or individuals may have falsely impersonated the name, business certificate, registration information of Kaizen Corporate Services Limited, a subsidiary under the Group, or the Group and staff of the Group, to conduct fake recruitments through social media tools such as WeChat, TikTok, claiming that they can introduce relevant persons to work in Hong Kong subject to some amount of charge.
Such activities listed above may be subject to misunderstanding, misguidance, illegality and may even commit a criminal offence that seriously damaged the honor and benefits of the Group. The relevant unlawful individuals / organizations should immediately stop and not commit any illegal acts and should take adequate measures to eliminate the impact on the Group.
In this context, the Group makes the following statements and kindly remind the public that:
We are very concerned about this impersonating issue. We have collected the relevant evidence and reported it to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to further take legal action against relevant persons and entities.
The Group has never engaged in or been involved in any business that claims to introduce relevant persons to work in Hong Kong for a fee. The above-mentioned deceptive practice and other illegal activities conducted by fraudsters are not connected to the Group and its subsidiaries, which bears no responsibility for any losses suffered by the social public arising from such activities.
The Group reminds the public to stay vigilant and not to rely on any fraudulent information to avoid financial losses. Any documents such as business certificate, endorsement stamp/landing slip/e-Visa, employment contract of Hong Kong in relation to Kaizen Corporate Services Limited are all falsely produced. Any people who suspect unlawful activities by fraudsters or organizations falsely impersonating the Group and its subsidiaries should immediately report the matter to relevant authorities and the police, and people who have already fallen victims to fraud or suffered losses should immediately report to the police to protect their rights and interests.
