If you reported federal payroll taxes of more than $50,000 for the last four quarters, you must deposit taxes on the semi-weekly schedule. |

If you have begun paying your employees and filing payroll taxes prior to transferring to Kaizen, Kaizen will need to perform a handover of your payroll services. If you transfer at the beginning of the year (before the first payroll of the year), there is a one-time transfer initial setup fee of $100. If you transfer in mid-year (after the first paycheck of the year), Kaizen will also need to obtain filing information and supplemental payroll for prior months, for which there is a one-time transfer-in initial setup fee of $300. |

If your payroll service before transferring to Kaizen belonged to a third-party HR platform (e.g. ADP, etc.), you need to re-apply for a new tax ID number when transferring, and the tax ID number application will be charged in accordance with the aforementioned payroll tax ID number application service. |
